What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

When you receive your parcel if you notice that it is damaged you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our end. If you refuse your parcel, please mention it in the acknowledgment form, you will get the product in 1-4 days.

I have received my goods but I do not like them

Sorry, we can’t do anything if you change your mind. Products will ONLY be replaced in case of faulty ones.

I have received my order but the wrong item was delivered to me

We will make sure you receive the right product, in case you receive the wrong one please mention in the acknowledgement form & you will get the right one in 1-4 days.

How do I get a my product replaced (in case of defective item, ordered on Prohor)

In case of defective item detected in front of agent, customer should refuse to receive the product & return it to delivery agent immediately. Product will be replaced with fresh one as soon as possible.

How long will it take for product replacement?

We would try our best to replace the product in 1-4 days timeline.
